Ivo Kahánek as the curator of the Chamber Music Society of the Dvořák Prague International Music Festival

Kahánek, the brilliant young Czech pianist now enjoying major international success…

Following on from the success of last year’s inaugural Chamber Music Society, this year sees Ivo Kahánek take on curating duties. Kahánek, the brilliant young Czech pianist now enjoying major international success (not least in his acclaimed 2014 performances with Sir Simon Rattle’s Berlin Philharmonic), has put together a programme that features internationally-renowned ensembles such as the Emerson String Quartet and the Tetzlaff Quartet, as well as the cream of local chamber groups, including the Lobkowicz Trio and Kahánek’s own Dvořák Trio.
